- Prompt
- The instructions you give an AI tool. Clearer prompts with context and examples get better results.
- Hallucination
- When AI states something false with confidence, like a made-up statistic, quote or source.
- AI agent
- AI that doesn’t just answer but takes steps for you, such as searching, filling in forms, booking or working across apps, usually with your approval at key points.
